Be a real person

One account, your own name, your own face. Verified profiles get treated better by businesses at the door, and that only works if verification means something.

Do not impersonate a business, a brand or another member.

Don't game the rewards

Submit bills you actually paid, at businesses you actually visited. We check both.

No multiple accounts to farm welcome bonuses, no reselling unlocked offers, no scripts.

Keep it civil

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content. No targeting someone because of who they are.

Club chats are shared spaces. Disagreeing with a business is fine; abusing the person behind the counter is not.

Posts and listings

Describe what you're actually selling, at the price you'll actually take. No weapons, drugs, counterfeits, live animals or anything else you can't legally sell.

No spam, no reposting the same listing across every community.

What happens when you break these

First time and minor: the content comes down and you hear from us.

Repeated or serious: the account is suspended, then closed. Fraud and safety issues skip straight to closure.

Report anything from the post, message or profile itself. Reports are reviewed by a person.
