Who can use Klub

You must be 18 or over. We ask for your date of birth during setup and we will close accounts that turn out to belong to under-18s.

You sign up with a phone number and a one-time code. Keep control of that number — anyone who can receive your codes can reach your account.

You can hold a member account, a business account or a partner account. A phone number registered to one type cannot silently sign in as another.

Clubs, offers and redemptions

Clubs are run by the businesses themselves. The offer, its terms, its expiry and whether it is honoured at the counter are the business's responsibility, not ours.

We log every unlock and redemption. If a business repeatedly fails to honour what it published, it loses its verified badge and we may remove its club.

Unlocking an offer is not a purchase of goods. It gives you the right to the stated benefit at that business, on the stated terms, before the stated expiry.

Coins and credits

Coins are a reward balance inside Klub. They are not money, not a deposit, not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You earn coins by submitting a bill from a club you are a member of, from business promotions, and from bonuses we run. You can also buy them.

We verify submitted bills, including that you were at the business. Submitting bills you did not pay, or bills from somewhere you were not, will cost you the coins and may close your account.

Payments

Purchases in the app are processed by Apple or Google, under their terms. We do not see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew until you cancel them, and you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account, not in Klub.

What you may not do

Post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or that impersonates someone else.

Submit fake bills, run multiple accounts to farm rewards, or automate any part of the app.

Scrape, resell or republish other members' information, or use Klub to send unsolicited marketing.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. Unused coins are forfeited on deletion.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless doing so would help someone abuse the platform.

The boring but necessary part

Klub is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that a given club, offer or business will be available, or that the AI's answers are accurate — always confirm anything that matters with the business.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

If we change these terms materially we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
