How do I post?
Tap Post on Home or Feed, follow the steps, and publish into your communities. Each post costs credits.
How do I reach out to someone?
Open a post and tap Express Interest — it starts a direct chat with the poster.
Is Klub free for me?
Yes. Joining Klub and joining a club is free. Some clubs charge for membership and some offers cost coins to unlock — the price is always shown before you commit.
Do I need a card to join a club?
No. You sign up with your phone number, and free clubs let you join on the spot. Nothing is charged unless you buy coins or unlock a paid offer.
Is my phone number visible to businesses?
No. Businesses see your display name and your loyalty activity with them. Your number stays private unless you choose to share it.
What if a shop doesn't honour an offer?
Report it from the offer screen. Every redemption is logged against the business, and repeat problems cost it the verified badge.
How old do I have to be?
18 or over. Klub asks for your date of birth during setup and is not available to under-18s.
